The dish of rice and curry is well-liked in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the Indian Subcontinent. The following dishes are served with rice and curry:
•A vegetable curry using ingredients like leeks, jackfruit, or green beans.
•A meat curry, mostly chicken or fish but sometimes occasionally goat or lamb
•Dhal, a dish made with spicy lentils, as well as many more delectable variations of this oriental cuisine.
Local items from the region, such as dried fish, are used in Southern cuisine. In terms of chili content, the spicier preparations are thought to be among the hottest in the world (second only to Sylheti). As a result, many local restaurants in developed and tourist locations provide unique low-spice versions of regional cuisine to satisfy the tastes of visitors and tourists or have a different “western” menu.
